We are liable if your order is damaged or lost in transit. However you will have to file a report with the carrier within 7 days, and notify us within 14 days of your receiving your order. Please contact us on support@montiere.com with the subject of "Damaged Order", please also include the report number supplied to you buy the carrier.

Our watches are currently only available on our website, we can not guarantee the authenticity of watches bought elsewhere.

Your battery will last long after the international warranty period (2-years). If you need to replace this battery we recommend you to visit your local watch shop. A local watch shop can also help in advising you if the fault is covered by the warranty or not.

Our watches are water resistant up to 5 ATM, and each individual watch is pressure tested. However we do recommend that you avoid contact water to preserve the quality of your leather bands.

Please use our sizing description on each individual watch page for more information. Our 42mm is the larger size and 36mm watches are the smaller sizes - typically small is suitable for a female wrist and large for a male wrist however all our timepieces are unisex and thus dependant on preference and wrist size.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Montîere cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

We also cannot alter or edit the value of your order on our invoices.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 12 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

The currency listed on our website is United States Dollar (USD).

We aim to ship your order as quick as possible. This is usually within 24-hours of you placing you order. Once the product has been shipped, you can not cancel your order and would have to follow the procedure of filing a return. Pricing

Montîere has the right to adjust prices, include additional costs and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as far as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the colour settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

Orders are subject to acceptance & availability

Once you have made your choice and placed your order with Montîere, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging the details of your order including your order reference number. This email is neither an acceptance of your order or a proof of purchase, just a confirmation that we have received the order.

Your contract to purchase the items is not complete until we send you an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched to you. The sale contract is concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that the item ordered is out of stock or unavailable. We may also refuse to process, and therefore refuse to accept, a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

All our products, offered on this site, are covered by a 2-year international manufacturing warranty. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing or material defects, and is limited to the movement, case, crystal, crown and the watchband.

Note that the warranty does not cover the following:

- Normal wear and tear of the case and strap

- Damage and/or malfunction caused on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch

- Battery of quartz watches Damage and/or malfunction caused to the watch by work and/or modifications performed by an unauthorised person

Please retain your confirmation email to serve as proof of purchase as well as the Authenticity card contained in the packaging. .

All our packages are sent using a Insured Worldwide Shipping service.

You will receive a shipping reference when your order has been processed by our fulfilment team - allow up to 24-48 hours for this. Please note that the shipping time can vary and for some destinations we cannot guarantee these timeframes.

We also have the other paid shipping options which have improved shipping times i.e. Premium Shipping (2-4 Days) - Price will be dependant on your shipping address.

 

Customs, Taxes, Duties & Fee’s

All order are eventually placed into your country's local postal stream. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.

There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government.

The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

As a valued customer we offer an easy return policy, you reserve the right to return and receive a full refund of products purchased from this site within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that the watch and packaging must be in the exact condition as when you received the watch (unworn and as new). Please note that we don't cover the shipping cost of the return of the product - this will covered by the customer.

If your order was delivered to you within the EU, the Value Added Tax (VAT) of the purchase will be refunded in its entirety. If your order was delivered to you outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Montîere. Your local customs bureau might be able to assist in recovering this.

If you would like to return an item(s) please send an email to the following address: returns@montiere.com, with the subject starting with the order number (found on your Confirmation Order email) followed by return (e.g. 12345 Return). Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a refund will be issued.
